Shipping and Returns

We ship using either Royal Mail, Fedex or DHL.

You will receive a tracking email with updates from The Yard Mint.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International customers may be subject to taxes and/or duties for your order.

All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. You will be notified of any duties or taxes to be paid by FedEx or DHL and payment must be made directly to them.

Please consult your local customs office for more information on duty and tax rates.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 14 days only where an item is not as described. We will not accept change-of-mind returns. 

We take great pride in our luxury products, and if you do wish to sell in the future, we may be able to offer a buyback option for most items.

Personalised cards and engraved items cannot be returned as they have been customised for you. We will offer a refund in the unlikely event that it is misprinted or not received.

If you wish to return an item or see if your luxury product is eligible for our buyback offer, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will respond promptly with the next steps.
