Carriers

We ship using Royal Mail, FedEx or DHL depending on the order value, destination and delivery option selected at checkout.

Tracking and delivery options

You will receive a tracking email with updates once your order has been dispatched.

International shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Duties and taxes

All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. You will be notified of any amounts due directly by FedEx or DHL, and payment must be made directly to them.
