Returns
Returns are accepted for 14 days only where an item is not as described. We will not accept change-of-mind returns.
We take great pride in our luxury products. If you wish to sell in the future, we may be able to offer a buyback option for most items.
Bullion purchases cannot be returned under these terms as they are priced based on the spot price. Please contact us for buyback options.

Personalised and engraved items
Non-returnable
Personalised and engraved items cannot be returned as they have been customised for you.
We will offer a refund in the unlikely event that an item is misprinted or not received.

How to request a return or buyback
If you wish to return an item or see if your product is eligible for our buyback offer, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will respond promptly with the next steps.
