How subscriptions and pre-orders work at Yard Mint, and how to manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet held in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout and your order will be fulfilled upon arrival of stock.

Important — spot-priced products
Pre-orders for bullion and spot-priced products are subject to our final sales terms. The price is locked at the time of order and is non-cancellable once confirmed.

Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
