The design is a collage of the highway's hundred years: vintage cars, the Route 66 shield, old bridges, roadside motels, filling stations and diners, with a prominent 100th Anniversary emblem for the 1926–2026 milestone and a period-style border. The back carries a mirrored image of the front.
