What is custom minting at The Yard Mint?
It is a route to creating personalised precious-metal pieces, from engraved silver coins and cards to bespoke gold and silver projects. Our current online coin and card products are personalised by engraving. The material, production method and specification for other projects are agreed individually.
Can you work with gold or refine existing metal?
Yes. We also take enquiries for bespoke gold projects and gold refining. Tell us what you would like to create, what metal you have and any purity or finished-weight requirements. We’ll confirm suitability, the process and a quote before work begins.
Can I order just one?
Yes. Our existing Custom Coin and Custom Card products can be ordered individually through the Design Studio. For bespoke shapes, bars or a larger series, send a brief so we can confirm feasibility, quantities and costs.
How much will my project cost?
Current prices for our standard Custom Coin and Custom Card are shown on their product pages. Bespoke projects are quoted according to the material, dimensions, quantity, artwork and finish. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
Can I use my own artwork or company logo?
Yes. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Clear, high-resolution images and vector artwork are useful starting points; suitability depends on the size and engraving style.
How long does it take?
Tell us your required date when you enquire. We confirm the production schedule for your specific project before it is agreed. Personalised and bespoke work has its own lead time; general in-stock dispatch messages do not set its production time.
