Who is the piece for? What should it say? Let us know whether you prefer gold or silver and whether you have existing metal to refine. Share a preferred format, an approximate quantity and any important date. If the finished weight, dimensions or packaging matter, include those too.

A useful brief includes

Clarity makes a difference.
Vector files are useful for logos and clean line work. High-resolution images are a better starting point than small screenshots. Keep fine text readable and give important details room around the edges.
You can share an artwork link in your enquiry. If you prefer, send the idea first and we’ll discuss files when we reply.
Make the details count.
Review spelling, dates, orientation and both sides. Check that you have permission to reproduce any supplied artwork. Let us know whether you want a clean engraved design or a deeper relief effect.
The same image can behave differently at different sizes. We review suitability as part of a bespoke project; a screen preview is a guide to layout, not a guarantee of the metal’s final appearance.
Know what happens next.
For bespoke enquiries, the next step is a review of your brief, followed by the details needed to agree the work: specification, artwork, price and production timing. Any special requirements should be recorded before approval.
If we send a revised design through the Design Studio, use the review link to approve it or request a change. Check the final version carefully before giving approval.

Your questions, answered.
Do I need a professional design file?
No. You can start with a description of the idea. If you already have artwork, share a link or explain what files you have. We’ll discuss what is needed to assess and prepare your particular design.
What determines the quote?
Material, dimensions, quantity, engraving area and depth, design preparation and any special requirements all affect the quote. A brief helps us understand these before suggesting the next step.
Does an enquiry commit me to an order?
No. The enquiry starts a conversation about your project. No payment is taken by the form, and production is not started by submitting it.
Can I change the design?
Raise changes during the design review, before approving the final version. Changes after approval may affect price, timing or what can be altered, so contact us as soon as possible.
