To Exchange or Deposit your Goldbacks®
Step 1: Contact Us
Fill out the secure form below and send it to us. Make sure to include what Goldbacks you have and what you're looking to do.
Step 2: Send Your Metals
Post your Goldbacks® to us using an insured and trackable service (a postal pack can be arranged).
Step 3: Completion
When your parcel arrives, we verify and record your items securely within 48 hours. Once your amount is approved we either deposit the balance to your vault or dispatch the exchanged Goldbacks to you.
Simple Fees
Depositing eligible Goldbacks purchased from The Yard Mint is free. Goldbacks purchased elsewhere carry a deposit fee of 10% of the quantity deposited: deposit 10 and 9 are credited to your vault. Exchanges carry a 10% fee; we’ll confirm the quantities and arrangements with you before you send any notes.
