To Exchange or Deposit your Goldbacks®
Step 1: Contact Us
Fill out the secure form below and send it to us. Make sure to include what Goldbacks you have and what you're looking to do.
Step 2: Send Your Metals
Post your Goldbacks® to us using an insured and trackable service (a postal pack can be arranged).
Step 3: Completion
When your parcel arrives, we verify and record your items securely within 48 hours. Once your amount is approved we either deposit the balance to your UPMA account or dispatch the exchanged Goldbacks to you.
Simple Fees
To keep things simple, we charge a flat 10% fee on all transactions. So, for every 11 Goldbacks you deposit or exchange, you’ll receive 10.
